Cotswold 1 is a top-shelf two-bedroom premium relocatable home.
Being a substantial building, it’s designed along the lines of a traditional bricks and mortar dwelling, with less of an open-plan emphasis.
There’s a central front door and entrance hallway that leads to the spacious living room, which is offset from the dining room. The kitchen, featuring a pantry and double sink, is semi-enclosed under the raked ceiling.
Along the hallway are the laundry, which includes a back door, and the full-size bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and vanity. At the end are the two large bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes.
Ample storage is provided by linen and broom closets – even a coat cupboard!
The building is designed to accommodate an optional skillion roof front verandah extending around both sides, with additional optional French doors opening from the dining room and master bedroom.
